Job Description

تعلن شركة متخصصة ببيع أنظمة التدفئة المركزية عن حاجتها إلى موظفة استقبال للعمل في معرض الشركة الكائن في شارع أم السماق، بالقرب من روان كيك.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

استقبال الزبائن في المعرض بلباقة وحسن استقبال.

الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية وتقديم المعلومات اللازمة للعملاء.

تنسيق المواعيد ومتابعة استفسارات الزبائن.

تقديم الدعم الإداري اللازم لفريق المبيعات.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

أنثى، ذات صوت واضح ولطيف.

مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع العملاء بأسلوب احترافي.

إجادة استخدام الحاسوب والبرامج المكتبية الأساسية.

خبرة سابقة في مجال خدمة العملاء أو الاستقبال تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.

تفاصيل العمل:

الدوام من السبت إلى الخميس.

موقع العمل: شارع أم السماق، بالقرب من روان كيك.
