We are seeking an experienced Airline Ticketing Staff to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling airline reservations, ticket issuance, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Requirements:
- Indians with Valid IATA Certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year experience working with GDS (Global Distribution System)
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in ticket issuance
Preferences:
- Preferring Keralites
- Candidates who can handle and have experience in tour packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process airline ticket reservations and bookings
- Issue and reissue airline tickets through GDS
- Handle ticket modifications, cancellations, and refunds
- Provide accurate fare information to customers
- Ensure compliance with airline regulations and policies
- Maintain booking records and documentation
