**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and repairs.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
**Required Expertise:**
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
- **Knowledge of Codes:** Familiarity with HVAC industry standards and local building codes.
- **Tools and Equipment:** Experience with HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment.
- **Safety Practices:** Understanding of safety precautions and procedures in HVAC operations.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred.
- Minimum 2/3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
