Yamaha C40 Used and Medium condition Easily fixable

Yamaha C40 few wood chips (Easy and cheap fix) and 3 missing strings (easy to replace and cheap to buy new strings) works perfectly fine no major damages clean and sturdy and sounds great with all 6 strings I really want to sell this guitar so it can help me save up for a piano or if you’d like to do a trade for a piano I wouldn’t mind
