- Responsibilities:
Outdoor Sales:
Conduct outdoor sales activities to promote our furniture upholstery services to potential clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Provide product knowledge and information to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Gather feedback from clients to improve our services and contribute to continuous improvement.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide regular reports on market intelligence, including customer preferences and buying patterns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the furniture or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with Bahrain's market and cultural nuances.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outdoor sales and marketing.
