Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support, who will be responsible of day-to-day IT-related issues and coordinate with the departments and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.

• Install, configure and support maintain all hardware network servers and devices.

• Providing technical support and troubleshoot issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications.

• Take customer queries face to face and telephone calls for support or via helpdesk.

• Design and maintaining the network, switches and routers; allows organization to communicate both internally and externally on daily basis.

• Provide software presentation and participating in customer meetings.

• Monitoring of System, application, network and security logs.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience related to above Job Descriptions.

• Bachelor in Computer Sciences BCS/MCS, CCNA is preferable.

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Having a driving license is preferable.
