It is the department that specializes in matters of employment in the organization, and this includes attracting new employees, selecting them, appointing the most suitable ones, training them, and refines their skills that the organization needs.

Development and Training Department

This section is concerned with the process of training new and old employees, developing their existing skills, and teaching them new skills.

Benefits and Rewards Section

This section specializes in matters related to determining salaries and wages is also concerned with determining rewards and incentives.
